During my recent stay at Boulders Beach Lodge and Restaurant, I was captivated by its unparalleled proximity to the enchanting Boulders Beach, where African penguins roamed freely. The welcoming atmosphere struck me immediately upon arrival; the staff were accommodating, guiding me through the property and ensuring a seamless check-in. Though we didn't dine at the hotel, I indulged in breakfast, thoughtfully prepared per my requests. The terrace dining area invited a serene morning ahead, with the sound of waves syncing beautifully with our morning coffee. The standard twin room was comfortable enough for my one-night stay, and while it could benefit from updated windows, it was clean and spacious overall. I found the well-equipped curio shop and informative staff to be valuable resources during my stay. For those seeking culinary experiences, I saw glimpses of innovation in the menu. A roundtrip airport shuttle made for easy travel arrangements, allowing for exploration without hassle. Boulders Beach Lodge is an excellent base for anyone, but particularly for food enthusiasts eager to dive into local flavors. I look forward to a return visit.
